General Terms and Conditions for B2B Customers and Resellers

1. Applicability:

ROLLZONE is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven. These terms and conditions apply to agreements made with ROLLZONE, offers made by ROLLZONE, as well as the products offered. ROLLZONE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. ROLLZONE is not responsible for typographical errors, minor manufacturer changes, small deviations from product photos, or incorrectly displayed prices. In case of doubt, all options and functionalities should be checked and confirmed with ROLLZONE. ROLLZONE only sells to business-to-business (B2B) customers and resellers. These general terms and conditions apply to B2B customers and resellers. Consumers can purchase ROLLZONE products through a reseller. Business resellers may use product photos, videos, specifications, and descriptions in consultation with ROLLZONE.

 

2. Prices:

All prices are in Euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs. ROLLZONE reserves the right to change prices.

 

3. Payment:

ROLLZONE offers the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL: Free of charge.

  • PayPal: Surcharge of €0.35 per transaction + 3.4% of the total amount.

  • BanContact/MisterCash: (Payments from Belgian banks) Surcharge of €0.25 per transaction + 1.8% of the total amount.

  • Bank Transfer: To account number 51.26.71.788 in the name of ROLLZONE.

  • Card Payment: Available for purchases at the Eindhoven location.

  • Cash Payment: Available for purchases at the Eindhoven location.

 

4. Delivery:

4.1. ROLLZONE ships orders via DHL, PostNL, or another courier service. If in stock, items will be shipped within one business day after payment is received. This may vary if otherwise stated or if products are out of stock. In such cases, ROLLZONE will inform the customer as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the courier service.

4.2. Most products are not delivered fully assembled. Customers must install certain components to make the product ready for use. If in doubt, inquire with ROLLZONE about the delivery method. In some cases, products can be fully assembled for an additional fee. However, fully assembled products cannot be shipped and must be picked up at the Eindhoven location.

4.3. If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, first check the shipment status via the tracking details and inform ROLLZONE within three business days. We will contact the courier and inform you as soon as possible.

4.4. If your order is marked as delivered via the tracking link, but you have not received it, first check whether a neighbor has accepted the package. Contact ROLLZONE customer service within three business days. We will check with the courier and inform you as soon as possible. Provide all required information and documents on time. Late responses may result in the courier closing the case without reimbursement.

4.5. If you received a defective product, notify ROLLZONE within three business days. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement part or a complete product replacement.

4.6. If you received a damaged product, notify ROLLZONE within three business days and send an email with the following details:

  • Order details and invoice.

  • Close-up photo of the damage.

  • Zoomed-out photo showing the damaged area and the entire product.

  • Photo of the product in its packaging.

  • Photo of the shipping label on the package.

  • If applicable, a photo of the damaged packaging. Claims for damage cannot be made after this period. ROLLZONE will attempt to provide replacement parts at cost price if possible. If the damage is attributable to ROLLZONE or the courier, the following options are available:

  • A replacement part will be sent if possible.

  • The damaged product can be returned, and a new one will be sent upon receipt.

  • The customer may keep the damaged product and receive a reasonable discount, as agreed with ROLLZONE.

 

5. Shipping:

Shipping costs on the website are based on dropshipping and small orders. For an exact quote on bulk orders, request a quote. Standard shipping costs apply to standard delivery areas. DHL applies additional charges for remote areas. Check your delivery address in advance on "DHL REMOTE AREAS" or consult ROLLZONE. Any additional DHL charges will be billed afterward. Costs for refused shipments, incorrect address details, and second delivery attempts are borne by the customer. Dutch resellers may use their own PostNL or DHL labels for dropshipping orders. Place your order online and select "Own DHL or PostNL Label" as the shipping method. Reply to the confirmation email and attach your label (15x10 cm). Orders can also be picked up at our Eindhoven location or collected by a courier service arranged by the customer. Dropshipping and small quantity orders can only be shipped within the EU.

 

6. Returns:

Returns are generally not accepted for B2B purchases. Exceptions apply in cases of damaged or defective products, as outlined in section 4.

 

7. Complaints and Legal Disputes:

All complaints regarding delivery, quality, condition, or other concerns will be taken seriously by ROLLZONE. The customer must email ROLLZONE, stating the complaint and their desired resolution. ROLLZONE will respond as reasonably and quickly as possible. Dutch law applies to all disputes between ROLLZONE and the customer.

 

8. Liability (Disclaimer):

ROLLZONE is not liable for direct or indirect damage to persons or property arising from or related to the use of ROLLZONE products, information obtained from our webshop, or temporary unavailability of our services. Despite the care taken in maintaining our webshop, errors or inaccuracies may occur. ROLLZONE is not liable for discrepancies in prices, images (colors), and texts. ROLLZONE reserves the right to modify information without prior notice. It is prohibited to use ROLLZONE photos or documentation without prior written permission.

 

9. Warranty Policy:

Warranty covers technical components such as switches, circuit boards, wiring, and drives. ROLLZONE offers a "Fair Use Warranty" and assists customers even after the legal warranty period expires, though repair costs will be charged. Warranty does not cover breakage, damage, smoke or water damage, wear, or improper use. Batteries have a 12-month warranty for lithium and 6 months for lead-acid, provided charging and maintenance instructions are followed. Weakening of battery capacity due to wear is not covered. Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made. Defective products within the warranty period must be sent or brought to ROLLZONE for assessment. Shipping costs for repaired products are borne by the customer.

 

10. Privacy Policy:

ROLLZONE does not share customer information with third parties. We request phone numbers and emails to contact customers if necessary. ROLLZONE complies with Dutch privacy laws (Personal Data Protection Act). Customers can request to modify their stored information.
